Anatoly Yakovlevich Solovyev
born January 16, 1948, in Riga) is a former Russian pilot, cosmonaut, and Colonel. He resides in Star City. His parents are Yakov Mikhailovich Solovyev (father), deceased in 1980 and Antonia Pavlovna Soloveva, who resides in Riga. He is married to Natalya Vasilyevna Solovyeva (nee Katyshevtseva), with whom he has two sons, Gennady (born 1975), and Illya (1980).
Viktor Savinykh
Viktor Petrovich Savinykh was born in Berezkiny, Kirov Oblast, Russian SFSR on March 7, 1940. Married with one child. Selected as a cosmonaut on December 1, 1978. Retired on February 9, 1989. Flew as Flight Engineer on Soyuz T-4, Soyuz T-13 and Soyuz TM-5. Has spent 252 days 17 hours 38 minutes in space. Viktor Savinykh has been decorated twice as Hero of the Soviet Union (May 26, 1981 and December 20, 1985).
Aleksandr Panayatov Aleksandrov - Bulgaria
Aleksandr Panayotov Aleksandrov (born December 1, 1951, Omurtag, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian cosmonaut. Aleksandrov graduated from Airforce Academy (with a doctorate degree) and reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He worked as Deputy Director, Institute of Space Research and the Academy of Science, Bulgaria. He was selected as a cosmonaut on March 1, 1978. Aleksandrov was selected as backup for Soyuz 33 and flew as Research Cosmonaut on Soyuz TM-5 which launched on June 7, 1988 and landed (aboard Soyuz TM-4) on June 17, 1988. He immediately retired from the cosmonaut corps. Currently he works as a research cientist. He is married and has one child.
