0955 — Jiří Stříbrný (1880–1955) was a Czechoslovak politician, journalist, member of the first resistance movement and served as a government member several times. In July 1918, he became a member of the National Committee, and three months later, in September 1918, a member of the Socialist Council set up as a free body co-ordinating both large Czech left-leaning parties - Social Democrats and National Socialists. In the inter-war era, Stříbrný served as a member of the supreme Czechoslovak legislative body for a long time until 1935. He was also frequently appointed a government member. In 1918–1919, he was the first minister of post and telegraph offices. After that, he served as a Czechoslovak minister of railways and minister of national defence.
0956 — Maxmilián Fatka (1868–1962) was an Austro-Hungarian, Czech and Czechoslovak civil servant and politician. He was the first Director General of Czechoslovak Post in 1918–1935.
His career as a civil servant started in 1888. In October 1918, the Czechoslovak National Committee appointed him a plenipotentiary of postal and telegraph services. He served as Director General of Czechoslovak Post until 1935.
